GENERAL CONDITIONS

Prices valid for mainland Spain.

An order is considered confirmed when the customer receives confirmation from DOEN via email.

In compliance with the Data Protection Law (LOPD), the personal data provided will be included in the MANAGEMENT files under the responsibility of DOEN, for the purpose of carrying out commercial and customer management, providing the contracted service or delivering the purchased product, as well as accounting, financial, tax and general administrative management.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, Bizum or PayPal.

Once the payment has been completed, we will send an email to your address with the order details and proceed with shipping. Delivery will take place within 3 to 5 business days depending on availability and destination. Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed as if they were placed on the following day.

RETURN POLICY

If, once the order has been shipped, you wish to return it, you must send an email to info@doen.es, where you will be informed about the return procedure and process.
